For the second consecutive year, Kognito receives the Learning Leader award, from Bersin & Associates, under the Vendor Innovation category. Last year, Kognito received the award for its human-interaction simulation platform. This year, the award was received for The Investigator; a web-based, interactive learning simulation that teaches human resource managers how to effectively and legally investigate complaints of workplace misconduct including sexual harassment, retaliation, and unethical behavior.To read more about The Investigator and view a demo click here

Kognito’s leadership simulation, developed with John Jay College of Criminal Justice, has been featured as one of 16 case studies in a new report from Brandon-Hall entitled “Online Learning Games for Employee Training - written by Gary Woodill, Ed.D., director of Research and Analytics at Brandon Hall Research, and Christina Downs, a writer for Brandon Hall Research.
By examining 16 case studies, we highlight a wide range of groups involved in these ventures, including corporate, government, nonprofit, and academic organizations.

On February 12th, Ralph Vacca, Kognito’s Chief Learning Architect and Dr. Glenn Albright, Kognito’s Director of Applied Research will conduct a special presentation/discussion in the monthly meeting of the NYC chapter of the American Association of Training and Development. The discussion will revolve around the use of games and simualtions for corporate training development in the areas of leadership and communication and include examples and case studies.
